Stacee Lynn Phillips, 55, of Huntsville, passed away on Wednesday, August 06, 2025.

Stacee was born in Jacksonville, Florida on December 22, 1969, to her parents William Earl Cooper, Jr., and Dorothy Tanksley Cooper. She graduated from Mobile Christian School.

She is survived by her husband, Joseph Phillips; children, Blaine Matthias Baronet (Donna Marie Smith) and Sawyer William Baronet (Mandy Baronet); sister, Wendi Cooper Hall; brother-in-law, Jimmy William Hall; brother, Charley Waites; sister-in-law, Kari Waites; nephews, Brantley Cooper Hall and Cayde Waites; nieces, Laurel Hall Dobbins, Seras Parker, and Elowyn Waites; step-children, Eden Elizabeth Phillips, Ben Wesley Phillips, Charlotte Lily Phillips, David Shepherd Phillips, and Brendan McCanless Phillips; and her beloved best friend, Laurie Miller.

She is preceded by her parents, William Earl Cooper, Jr. and Dorothy Tanksley Cooper.

What brought her the most joy was her boys, Sawyer and Blaine, her "bonus babies", and family.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, August 23rd, at City Hope Church in Mobile, AL beginning at 10:00 AM.
