Steven Chadwell "Chad" Morris, 53, passed away on Saturday, August 14, 2021 . He is survived by his wife, Terri Smith Morris; children, Jake Morris (Elizabeth) and Caroline Morris; granddaughters, Landry Grace Morris and Harper Grace Scott; mother, Kay Vest; stepfather, Tommy Vest; stepmother, Beth Morris; brother, Patrick Morris (Fran); sister's, Lori Harmer (Richard), Emily Morris-Larsen (Aaron) and Alicea Morris. He left behind a host of nieces and nephews who all hold special memories of their sweet Uncle Chad.

He was preceded in death by his father, Steve Morris; grandparents, Vance and Lorene Morris, Ann Blalock and Hayes Smith, Jr.

Chad was affectionately known as "Iron Man Morris" due to his fierce fight against cancer. He was an avid fan of music, loved playing the guitar, the band KISS and was the President of the KISS Army fan club in middle school. He was a man of good character who loved his family, friends and co-workers at PPG Aerospace in both Huntsville and Sylmar, CA. Chad never spoke negatively about anyone but instead saw the good in everyone.
