Mrs. Betty Buck, age 75, of Fort Walton Beach, Florida, passed away on Saturday, February 12, 2022 after a long and courageous battle with ALS.

Betty was born on October 28, 1946 in Huntsville, Alabama. She is preceded in death by her father, Richard Buchanan; mother, Bertie Buchanan and brother, James Buchanan. She is survived by her husband of 56 years, George Buck; son, Jason Buck; grandsons, Trey Buck and Trevor Buck; sisters, Wanda Garrett (Glenn) and Barbara Anderson; brother, Shelby Buchanan (Charity) and numerous nieces and nephews.

Betty spent her career working in and around the construction industry. Betty was a member of Westwood Baptist Church in Fort Walton Beach.

Visitation will be held Friday, February 25th from 9:30 to 11:00 AM at Berryhill Funeral Home. Chapel service will follow at 11:00 with Rev. Tim Cole officiating. Burial will be at Cochran Cemetery in New Market.
