Jane O. Mifflin, 89, of Huntsville, AL, passed away on Tuesday, February 11, 2025.

Jane was born May 28, 1935 in Marion, IL. She was the only child of Omer Ferrell Parks and Elise Black Parks.

Growing up in Marion, Jane developed a lifelong passion for reading and antiques.  While attending school, she met the love of her life, Wayne L Mifflin, who she was happily married to for 67 years.

Together, she and Wayne raised three children and were members of Hillsboro Heights Baptist, where she served as Director of the Church Daycare.

Jane loved to travel with Wayne and she was particularly fond of the beach and lighthouses along the coast.

Jane loved her family greatly and will be missed.  She was preceded in death by her parents, Omer and Elise Parks and her loving husband, Wayne Mifflin.

She is survived by her children: Sandy (Lewis) Morris, Gary (Regina) Mifflin, and Anita (Ron) Small; six grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren.

While she will be greatly missed, we are comforted in knowing she has been reunited in heaven with her loving husband and parents.

Visitation will be held on Monday, February 17th, from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Berryhill Funeral Home. A graveside service will be at 12:30 PM at Maple Hill Cemetery.
