Joe William Satterfield, 79, of Madison, Alabama passed away on Friday, February 28, 2025.

Mr. Satterfield is survived by his daughter, Demetra Whisenant; grandchildren, Lawrence Whisenant (Taylor), Matthew Whisenant, Ashley Shumate (Tyler), Kayla Satterfield, and Bethany Diaz (Marco); great-grandchildren, Lainey, Levi, Axel, Everett, and Ruby; and nephews, Jimmie Satterfield, and Whit Satterfield.

Joe is preceded by his wife, Betty Satterfield, children, Steve Satterfield, and Jeffery Scott Satterfield, and parents, Joel and Ada Satterfield.

Visitation for Mr. Satterfield will be held on Wednesday, March 5, 2025, at Mt. Zion Baptist Church from 10:00 to 11:30 am with a memorial service immediately following.  Interment will be at Mt. Zion Cemetery.
