Rachael Kirkland Lee, 81, of Athens, passed away Wednesday, July 15th.

She is survived by her daughters-in-law, Faye Lee and Linda Lee; sister, Mary Jean Caswell (John); sisters-in-law, Elizabeth Lee Palmer, who was also her Rachael's caretaker, Mary Jean Lee Harvell, Katie Lee Schied, Violet Lee Stokes, Carol Lee Lewellen, Judy Osburn, and Diane Lee Baker; brothers-in-law, John Lee, Roger Lee, and Donald Gullion; and a host of nieces and nephews.

Mrs. Lee is preceded in death by her husband, James Thomas Lee; parents, Allie Embry Kirkland and Gordon V. Kirkland; sons, Anthony Lee, Mark Lee, and Timothy Lee; sister, Marie Gullion; brother, James Kirkland, and sister-in-law, Alice Hamilton.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday, July 18th at 10 a.m. at Madison Crossroads Cemetery, 335 Herbert Clark Road, Toney, AL  35773, with Tony Demonbreum officiating.
