Mr. Bailey is survived by his daughter; Tramania Newbold (Andrew) of St. Clair, MO, grandchildren; Ryan Newbold, Kaitlin Newbold, Timothy Newbold, of St. Clair, MO, brother; Dennis Joseph (Sandy) of Huntsville, AL, sister; Theresa Ann Bandoo (Septon) of Lumberton, NJ, and Mary Beth Patrick of Southside, CA
He is preceded by his parents; Roberts and Jo Ann Bailey, sisters; Janice Bailey, and Debby Stone, and brother; William Bailey
