Robert Jeffery Hoppe passed in the early morning of September 18th, 2024. He was residing in Harvest, Alabama with his father, Steven Hoppe; his brother, Joseph Hoppe; his sister, Morgan Hoppe; and his cat, Mia.

Robert was born on July 24th, 2000 in the town of Lichtenfels in the Upper Franconia region of Bavaria, Germany. During his first year, he lived in Bamberg, Germany. Along with residing in Europe, Robert also lived in Fairbanks, Alaska; Virginia Beach, Virginia; Harvest, Alabama; Pleasant Lake, Minnesota; Clearwater, Minnesota; and then back to Harvest, Alabama.

Robert graduated from Sparkman High School in 2018. He attended St. Cloud Technical and Community College where he studied welding. After returning to Alabama, he received his Commercial Driver's License from Calhoun Technical College. His past employment includes various transport jobs ranging from beverage to construction materials; the latter being his favorite.

He is survived by his parents, Steven Hoppe (Amy), and Melissa O'Donnell (Ryan); and siblings, Evelyn O'Donnell, Joseph Hoppe, James O'Donnell, Morgan Hoppe, Celeste Mahoney, Leighton O'Donnell, and Andrew O'Donnell.

Robert is preceded by his brother, Lane O'Donnell.

A private memorial service will be held in Pleasant Lake, Minnesota at the home of his mother, Melissa O'Donnell. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that all material expressions of sympathy be directed toward the American Diabetes Association in his memory.
