Sarah Ann Sharpe Hatfield passed away on October 31, 2024, at the age of 80. She was preceded in death by her husband of 43 years, James Hatfield; parents, Ed and Gladys Sharpe; and two brothers, Roger and Grayson Sharpe.

She is survived by her husband, Don Hall;  son, James Hatfield, and wife, Candy; daughters, Gaylia H. Ricks and Conna Oliver and husband, Stan, all of Huntsville, Alabama; as well as seven grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews; and sister, Neida Bice.

Her legacy of love and kindness will continue to shine through the many lives she touched. Her memory will indeed live on in everyone who knew her. What an incredible mark she left on this world! The family would like to express their gratitude to the wonderful nurses and caregivers who cared for Sarah during this difficult time.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Hospice of North Alabama or The ALS Association.

Visitation will be held on Monday, November 4, 2024, from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM, with the service starting at 11:00 AM. Graveside services will take place on Tuesday, November 5, 2024, at 10:00 AM at Maple Hill Cemetery.
