Mrs. Sherry Ann Fincher, age 77, of Louisville, died on Wednesday morning January 15, 2025, at her home.

Funeral services to honor her life will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday, January 18, in the Old Bethel Baptist Church in Bartow with Rev. Tim Batchelor officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to service.

Other services will be held at 2:00 PM Thursday, January 23, in the Berryhill Funeral Home Chapel in Huntsville, Alabama, with the family receiving friends one hour prior to the services. Rev. Larry Fincher will officiate, and burial will follow in the Valhalla Memory Gardens.

Mrs. Fincher was the daughter of the late William Roscoe Free & Eleanor Katherine Boyd Free. She was a graduate of Butler High School and earned a bachelor's degree in business administration from Athens State College in Athens, AL. She worked for the United States Army in Special Defense as an FS11 Contract Specialist. She loved her Lord and Savior and served with her husband in ministry for 54 years, the last 9 ½ years being at Old Bethel Baptist Church in Bartow.

Sherry was preceded in death by her parents, and a brother, Carl Allen Free, and is survived by her high school sweetheart and husband of 58 years, Rev. Larry Fincher, who she met at the age of 12, son & daughter-in-law, Brandt & Roxanne Fincher of Aiken, SC, and her extended family at Old Bethel Baptist Church, whom she loved very much.
