Tony Ray Pace, 54, of Huntsville, AL, unexpectedly passed away on Wednesday, December 18, 2024 after a very brief illness.

Tony was born on June 01, 1970 in Jackson, MS. He was proud of his Mississippi and Louisianan roots. In LA, he loved everything LSU, as well as Cajun and Creole foods. By trade, Tony was a master plumber and gas fitter. He even ran a successful business of his own in Jackson, MS for several years. He enjoyed being outdoors, planting flowers, plants, and trees. He was an avid lover of all genres of music.

Tony married his beloved wife, Erika, on September 02, 2012, in Jackson, MS. He lived for time spent with his family and friends, and never met a stranger. Tony was a protector and defender for those who were not able to protect themselves. He had such a big heart and did so much for others and their families. Life wasn't easy for him, but he always got back up again and he chose to love, everyday. He was purposful in that choice. He always reminded everyone around him that tomorrow is not promised. Tony lived his life intentionally every day, knowing that hard truth.

He is survived by his wife, Erika Lee Pace (Limberg); children, Mitchell Phillip Pace, Haley Noel Pace, Corby Tyler Pace, and Kelsey Deann Kircher (Zachary); grandchildren, Elizabeth Grace Bullen, Zachary Tyler Collom, Kinsley Harper Collom, Emilee Parkman, Lexi Parkman, August Carlton Kircher; siblings, Thomas Pace (Lucy) and Mary Teresa Hymel (Jody); parents, Roy "Lucky" and Twyla Pace; mother-in-law, Karen Vicki Limberg (Oliver); father-in-law, David Ernest Limberg; nieces, Raegan Pace and Brittaney Anastasia Limberg; and nephews, Mat Pace and William Charles Limberg II; aunts and uncles, Thurston "Boe" Pope (Mary) and Ester McQuien; and many loved cousins.

He is preceded by his brother, Roy Timothy Pace; brother-in-law, Kurt David Limberg; and niece and nephew, Michelle Necaise and Michael Pace.

A visitation for Mr. Pace will be held on Sunday, December 22nd, from 12:00-2:00 P.M. at Berryhill Funeral Home. A funeral service will immediately follow at 2:00 P.M. with Rev. Tim Cole officiating. Burial will take place at Mt. Siani Cemetery in Florence, Mississippi.
