William Jacob "Jack" Womack age 46 of Huntsville passed away Sept. 4, 2018.

Mr. Womack is survived by his wife Holly R. Womack; children Grant Womack and Emma-Mae Womack; parents Billy Joe & Cheryl Womack;
two sisters Amy Guettler (Kevin), and Emily Pierce (Keith); brother Joey Womack; loving mother-in-law Shirley Perdiew; and a host of nieces nephews, aunts, uncles, other relatives and friends.

He was a native of Kelso, TN, and a resident of Madison County for over 19 years, and was a member of St. Thomas Episcopal Church.

Jack graduated from Lincoln County High School in Fayetteville, TN in 1990. He served honorably in the U.S. Navy from 1992-1996. Jack continued to support the U.S. Military as a Field Engineer with General Dynamics over the last 16 years.

Visitation will be Monday, September 17th from 4:00 - 6:00 p.m. at Berryhill Funeral Home followed by service at 6:00.

The family requests that memorial donations be made to The American Heart Association in Jack's honor.
